1. Login to Plesk Control Panel.
2. Click on the Websites & Domains tab and navigate to your domain.
3. Click on the File Manager Icon.
4. Select your File/Folder and click the drop-down arrow.
5. Select Change Permission from the drop down menu.
6. Once the Permissions page has loaded, check to make sure that any applicable users have full control on the files.
7. To do this select the user and check the desired permissions box for the account in the right sidebar.
8. Once permissions have been selected, click OK to apply the changes. It will display a success message.
