1. Login to Plesk then >>Subscriptions >>click on Suspended Subscription.
2. Click on Account.
3. Check if there is any resource consumed or overusing(will be shown in RED also expand "Show what else is included ..." on right side). If any of the resources are overusing, then customize subscription Resources from "Customize" button in step 4.
4. If everthing is fine in step 3, then you need to check the expiry date of the subscription, click on Customize to check expiry.
5. At the last section of the page, check the expiry date of the subscription, if it is set to the current date then it may be a reason of suspension, remove the date and click on apply.
6. After checking these criteria, if the problem persists, please contact your hosting provider.
